Wendy's Jaw Procedure and Orthotic Device

Hi, my name is Wendy and for the last three years, I have been struggling with jaw and ear pain. As an elementary music teacher who sings all day, this pain has affected me daily.

After many tests and visiting an ENT, an Otologist, a hearing specialist and a Neurologist with no results, I was sent to a TMJ specialist who diagnosed the problem.

My severe bruxism has led to intense cartilage damage in my jaw joint, and indentations in my jaw bone causing polyps on my mandible.

There is a medical procedure and non-surgical solution to help relieve the pain and fix the alignment. Hearing that there is a solution gave me so much hope!

Unfortunately, this solution costs $4800. The oral/facial photographic images, jaw injections, diagnostic casts and lower occlusal orthotic device are not covered by my medical insurance. Without this procedure and orthotic device, I could potentially need jaw surgery in 5 years.
