Wesley Arledge Recovery

On New Year's Eve, Wesley was struck in the face and hand by a faulty fireworks mortar while celebrating the final hours of 2020 with his (3) children and close family. When attempting to ignite one of the fireworks, the mortar exploded striking Wesley in his right eye. The powerful blast also caused extensive damage to his hand. His hand and face will require several surgeries to repair. After completion of the surgeries, Wesley will have a long road to recovery with substantial physical therapy treatment required. This GoFundMe account is set up by his friends and family and will play a vital role in assisting with the influx of medical bills, additional childcare, and the loss of wages he will be facing. Our goal is to raise $10,000 and present this to Wesley in two weeks when he returns home from the hospital as a message of hope and encouragement on his road to recovery.
