Hello. I am Vivian Floyd, Wesley Elliott Sr's Mother-in-Law. Wesley was taken from his family and friends suddenly on April 14, 2023. Those who knew him knew of his strengths and his weaknesses, his faults and his assets, his loves and his loyalties.
