My name is Lucas Baclayon, and I am running for election to the West Ada School Board of Trustees for Zone 2. I am running again to help keep West Ada School District the best school district in Idaho. I appreciate the support that I have been given. I am running for three main reasons:
- Ensure that both teachers and parents have a role in our children's education
- Keep learning environments free of distractions
- Ensure each student has the opportunity to succedd in school and life
I have been a teacher for over 17 years both in the US and overseas. I have a passion for education and have found that serving on the school board is one way to share that passion.
