West Nile Virus Recovery

I’m creating this GoFundMe for my father in law and his wife. About a month ago my father-in-law, John Veira, got bit by a mosquito that was infected with West Nile Virus. This virus has completely turned our family upside down. John went from being a very active, outdoorsy person to being confined to a hospital bed for the last month. He still isn’t able to walk or do simple tasks like getting himself dressed. His wife has missed weeks of work to be by his side. They both still have a very long road ahead of them. He spent 3 weeks in the hospital and then went from the hospital to a rehabilitation center. There are a lot of unknowns, we don’t know how much longer he will be have to be in the rehabilitation center or if he will ever be fully recovered. If anyone can find it in their heart to help them cover any expenses it would be very much appreciated. He is on disability, his wife works but doesn’t make much, and she’s missed so many days to be by his side through all this. Thank y’all from the bottom of my heart.
