Dear Friends
The current drought in Namibia is the worst ever recorded in 200 years and the preliminary forecast seems to continue that trend for at least another rainy season. The situation has left land owners as well as wildlife in dire straits. The only difference is that while we can always find another solution or another job, the game suffers tremendously. Unfortunately if we do not come up with a plan to feed them, the remaining few will also perish.
Our situation is desperate and the drought has continued to deplete financial resources. We humbly ask to find it in your heart to help us raise some finances in the form of donations so that we can preserve the wildlife we have nourished and conserved for the past 25 years.
-The equivalent of U$10 can provide 1 bale of grass/hay.
-The equivalent of U$4250 can provide a truckload of feed that can last a month.
The fundraising goal is based on our focus to maintain the livelihood of the animals with the ambitious expectation that the drought will end within the next few months.
