Westons Medical Care

Weston was a victim of a horrible hit and run motorcycle wreck.  He is currently still in surgical icu. He is a loving father of two precious little ones who miss him dearly!

I have set up this fundraiser in hopes of any blessings that will go directly to his care when he is finally back home. He does not have insurance of any kind and will be unable to work for a while and will need several more appointments and follow up care and potential follow up surgery .

Weston has multiple skull fractures, brain bleeds , and swelling. He also has spinal fractures. He severely damaged his face and had already had surgery on it. As the surgeon stated his bones were "pulverized". He shattered his jaw on both sides all across . optical bone fractured, cheek bone fractured , sinus cavity fractured . Has had several gashes that had stitches all over. Since being in the hospital he has developed blood clots, pneumonia and they've discovered a heart problem. His breathing has been hit or miss since the removal of incubation and he just started being able to not be on the high powered oxygen mask.

Due to the "mass effect " from the brain bleed and swelling Weston will need assistance for up to a year to try and recover from the brain trauma. 

We are still in a rollercoaster phase of recovery. Some days are bad some are good. He just started coming out of sedation a couple days ago. He has been in surgical icu for 10 days. Small goals at this point are to improve just enough to move out of icu into a regular admittance room. Thank you everyone who is willing or able to help in this time of need.
