Help My Brother BEAT BRAIN CANCER!!
Donation protected
This is an online campaign started for those who cannot attend the fundraiser for Daniel Gray on July 11th, but wanted to show their love and support from a distance.
As many people know, 10 years ago my little brother David bravely fought terminal bone cancer...and although he was incredibly strong until the very end, he taken from us when he was only 16 years old. I miss him terribly. Each and every single day.
This past winter, we received the bombshell of a lifetime...my OTHER little brother...my only remaining brother was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. He is 18 years old.
I can't lose him...my family can't lose him...he NEEDS TO BEAT THIS! He WILL beat this!! Any and all contributions will help go towards his medical bills, one child going through terminal cancer is devastating enough to a family, both emotionally and financically...but two children is unfathomable.
Thank you all so much, our entire Erie PA community has always been so wonderfully supportive to our family, then and now. We love you all so much. Any donations will help.

"Ten years ago we proudly hosted our first “Break-a Thon,” a fundraising event where Park’s Taekwondo students demonstrated their martial arts board breaking skills in support of fourteen-year old David Gray; a dedicated 1st degree black belt bravely fighting terminal bone cancer. The break-a-thon was a tremendous success; thanks to the generosity of our amazing Erie community we were able to raise money which helped ease some of the financial burden associated with this terrible disease. Sadly, David lost his hard-fought battle two years later.
On July 11, 2015 we will once again rally together at a second break-a-thon for David’s brother, 18 year old Dan Gray who was diagnosed this year with terminal brain cancer and Li-Fraumeni syndrome; a rare genetic mutation associated with a high probability of developing cancer when young. Both David and Dan are the sons of long-time Park’s Tae Kwon Do student and instructor Mary Golba. We ask for your support this summer as we gather together as a community at Park’s Taekwondo Academy to help raise funds for Dan’s medical and treatment expenses."
