Help with lucky vet bills

Hi my name is Sisley Davis I've been feeding stay cats outside my apartment for sometime now and I have two cats of my own it hasn't been easy. But here recently I walked outside my apartment and there was this dog her name is now lucky outside shivering literally looking like she had been in a fight. So I asked my male neighbor to come see, well she was pretty friendly and let us bring her in. Well she's pretty bad and I just want to take her to get some care that she really needs. I've been blessed by some wonderful people that has sent some much needed supplies to get me started with her care but I can't afford to take her to a vet. She is in bad shape she has some pretty deep cuts and she really looks like she was being abused. One of her eyes looks very red and it looks glassy. She appears to be in some pain,she eats well and has taken a liken to me so I hate to give her up. And it pains my heart so bad I can't get her to the vet like I want to. So I'm reaching out to get some help for some much needed care. Sincerely from the bottom of my heart I thank you in advance
