Help Gabriel fight cancer
Donation protected

In late summer 2023, my 17 year old son Gabriel Schreiber started to share that he was suffering headaches and feeling fatigued, I thought he was going through a cold. A week later he came home from school and told me he could only run a few minutes and he had to rest; he also talked about chest pain. I was a little concerned, but nothing could prepare me to hear that my healthy teen who is an avid soccer player received a cancer diagnosis.
My sweet and active Gabriel was admitted to St. Jude and diagnosed with Leukemia. The first question Gabriel asked was: “When can I play soccer again?”
Gabriel also loves animals and has a special interest in world history. He wants to pursue a career as a firefighter after the treatment is completed.

My name is Lilian Schreiber and Gabriel is my only son. I am the sole provider for Gabriel, this is my 3rd month out of work due to the treatment. We are also moving to be closer to the affiliate hospital for the rest of the treatment, which is estimated to be over 2 years. While I am at the hospital caring for and providing support for my son -donations will help alleviate expenses like rent, travel and other future expenses. If you are not able to contribute financially, I would like to request that you share the word within your own communities.
Gabriel has been resilient through his chemotherapy treatment with optimism and stoicism, he looks forward to being able to go back to the soccer field and spend time doing other outdoor activities.
Your generosity big or small will make a huge difference in Gabriel’s journey towards healing.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your support, love and prayers during this time.
