Let Them Dance!!!

Hello to all of you wonderful folks,

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a big, beautiful, inclusive Prom for LGBTQIA+ identified SoCo high school students on Saturday, June 11th, 2022!! Who is 'we', you might ask? We are a collaboration between SoCo GSAs (Gender & Sexuality Alliance) Clubs, Positive Images, and LGBTQ Connection, and we have come together to create an epic and memorable event for and with our LGBTQIA+ youth.

 

As we know, the pandemic has stolen many precious milestone events from our youth. Queer youth have suffered through these past couple of years in ways unique to our community and we would like to help them reclaim some of the precious memories that they were not able to make. Now more than ever we want to give our Queer Youth a magnificent Prom event that they will remember for the rest of their lives! This event is open to ALL Sonoma County LGBTQIA+ identified high school students, ages 14-18. All donations will go to event costs (decorations, refreshments, entertainment, tickets for those who are unable to buy one), etc). Please give what you can in order to make this the BEST SoCo Queer Prom of all time! Thank you for being awesome and helping make this event over-the-top AMAZING!!
