A helping hand

Recently me and my dad have been struggeling very badly with money. Can't afford heat, food, rent, internet etc and it's starting to get to the point where it is causing medical issues. We don't like asking for help like this but we are out of options at this point. Anything you can spare, we would greatly appreciate. Thank you
