Friendship Hall Community Center Fire Restoration

Tax deductible

A tragic fire on February 28th, 2024, has left the Friendship Hall Community Center in ruins. This center is a lifeline for many, housing the FISH, Inc. Food Bank and offering a safe space for various community groups, including the 36 Principals. The loss has been immense, and our community has been affected in ways we never imagined.

On October 8th, 2024, we are taking a significant step forward by demolishing the destroyed section of the building and repairing the water-damaged areas. This effort is critical to enabling the FISH Food Bank to resume limited operations, serving those who rely on it. The journey ahead is daunting, but together we can rebuild something beautiful from the ashes.

Your support means everything. By donating to our GoFundMe campaign, you are directly contributing to the restoration of a vital community resource. It’s about more than just bricks and mortar; it's about restoring hope and support to those who need it most.

Let’s show the community that we are stronger together. Please take a moment to visit our GoFundMe page, where you can read more about our mission and find out how you can help. Your generosity will not go unnoticed, and it will truly make a difference. We thank you for helping us help the community.
