Quick implementation of WhatIsTheCommission.com for agents in the Great State of Texas to know what the real estate commissions are for all listings.

Complete and test by 6/1/24.

Launch by 6/15/24.

Additional states can and will be added based on funding.

MLS, local, state, and national associations are all encouraged to fund and encourage others to do so.

Terms:

Funds must be raised in full by 4/1/24 to deliver on time.
If not fully raised then money will not be accepted and will be returned. The site will not be completed.
Access to MLS data via a technology provider must be made available to be able to complete your local MLS area by 4/1/24. Log in access must be given free of charge to WhatIsTheCommission.com to include your local information.
Ongoing funding will be necessary to keep each area active. It is expected to be paid for by each association or related MLS.
The site may use other non-realtor-owned companies to complete the work.
