Wheelchair ramp for Heidi and Jeff

Hi, my name is Erika. I am raising money for my sister Heidi to install a wheelchair ramp so her husband Jeff can access their home. Jeff was diagnosed with MS in 2012 at the age of 32. At the time of his diagnosis, they had 4 little girls ages 8, 8, 4 and 2. Jeff was on long-term disability living at home for 10 years before his health and mobility drastically declined in the spring of 2022. The decision was made to move him into a long-term care facility, as his care needs are higher than Heidi can take care of at home. He is wheelchair dependant and since May 2022 Jeff has not been able to access their family home, as it is not wheelchair accessible. Heidi and Jeff's girls are now 18, 18, 14 and 12. They visit their dad at his care home but it is not the same as being at home together as a family. I would like to raise the funds needed to build a permanent wheelchair ramp at their home so they can be together as a family in their home. Please support this cause!
