Wheelchair Van for Vicki

My friend Vicki Gilley needs our help. Vicki is a sister in Christ who is 73 years old. She is a double amputee, on dialysis 3 days a week and suffers from COPD, which requires her to be on 24/7 oxygen. Vicki has also endured 2 heart attacks and 2 strokes. A couple of months ago, the family SUV died. The Lord has provided a loaner vehicle through a friend but it is getting increasingly difficult and exhausting for Vicki to keep transferring from her manual wheelchair to the car. Insurance has provided her with an electric wheelchair that requires a wheelchair access van so she will not have to transfer back and forth but stay in her electric wheelchair.
