Wheeling Park Cheerleaders

At Wheeling Park High School in Wheeling, West Virginia, our athletic programs are rich in tradition and pride. Many area schools consider the Patriots the team to beat, no matter the sport. Maintaining this reputation requires endless work and resources. The WPHS Cheerleaders are dedicated and hardworking students who provide encouragement to our athletes and strive to make a positive impact on our community.

Over the next year, our cheerleaders will spend countless hours at practice, games and fundraisers while still maintaining a good grade point average. So, we turn to you, our community for assistance. By sponsoring the cheerleading program, you are endorsing school spirit throughout the school.

Please help us to offset the enormous cost of running the program. We are asking for donations that will be used by the Wheeling Park High School Cheerleaders during the 2022-2023 season. Your support will allow the purchase of uniforms, equipment and necessary supplies to promote Patriot Pride! One way we hope to accomplish this is by hosting our Little Mr/Little Miss Wheeling Park program. This year Caitlyn Anderson has partnered with her "little" Miss Hannah Gonzalez. The contestant who has garnered the most in sponsorship will be crowned “Little Mr./Miss Wheeling Park High School. They will be presented the following at a home football game: tiara/crown; sash and a WPHS Cheer t-shirt and participate in a parade and other activities throughout the season. As a special thank you, the cheerleaders will present the sponsors with a team picture that may be prominently displayed at your place of business later in the season. In addition, you will be publicly recognized as a supporter on our Official Wheeling Park High School Cheer Booster Facebook page.

We want to challenge you to give up one of your Starbuck's beverages for a day and instead donate just $5. Then publicly challenge 3 of your Park Parents, Friends, Student or Alumni to do the same! Let's help Hannah win the tiara while you help one of the best Cheerleading squads in the state - The Wheeling Park Cheerleaders....GO Patriots!!
