REUNITE MOM & SON AND ENROLL HIM IN SCHOOL

We have created this fundraiser on behalf of Leilani and her son in support of her fight for parental rights in a very difficult custody battle. Leilani has been quietly battling for quite some time, and we want to restore her depleted resources so she can continue her fight for justice.

Many know that Leilani raised her son for most of his eight years on her own. However, in the past year, her former spouse has sought to win sole custody of their son despite Leilani’s attempts at cooperation. This has been incredibly disruptive and emotionally trying for Leilani and her son, preventing her from maintaining her professional career and depleting her life savings in legal fees.

She has exhausted all financial reserves and needs our help in the final push for justice, as it is incredibly costly to make it through trial next month.

Leilani continues to seek joint custody, believing in the sanctity of both parents’ rights and in the best interest of their son. She is pursuing a just cause; she simply wants to raise their son in a structured environment, for him to be back in school, spend time with her and extended family and community, and enjoy the simple benefits of a regular routine. Leilani would never ask for financial help so that’s why we created this GoFundMe page for her. We know she will be deeply grateful for any contributions made on her and her son’s behalf.
