These are indeed some of the most trying times in recent history, but history has often shown the greatest acts of support, strength and compassion occur in times of need.
Like most businesses across the country, Whiskey Waters was forced to close their doors due to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, unlike many bars, they don't have the ability to serve food to help offset continuing costs and keep their bartenders employed. In times of hardship every little bit helps so I decided to create the WHISKEY WATERS TIP JAR so we'd all have an opportunity to give back to the bar and the staff that means so much to us. Whether it be the league sponsorships, the charity donations, the lively parties, the friendships cultivated, the band performances, the memorable karaoke outtakes, or the endless laughs...we all have reasons to call this bar "home."
This is truly an amazing group of people who work their butts off to constantly provide us a good time. For several of them this is their only job, the others who work multiple jobs still rely on this money to pay their bills and take care of their families.
So, if you were ever at Whiskey Waters and had a great time, if you ever had a memorable laugh, if you ever saw a talented band, if you ever sang karaoke, if you ever had too much rumple and forgot to leave a tip, if you ever said "these owners are awesome", if you ever said "i love these bartenders"... please consider leaving a tip in the WHISKEY WATERS TIP JAR. If you're unable to donate I totally understand, but please still consider leaving your favorite memory in the comments section as a show of support.
100% of everything raised will go directly to Ami, Neal and the staff. The only fees taken out will be the standard 2.9% that GoFundMe charges.
