Whitaker Family Fund

Shane Whitaker, a beloved member of our Kforce Family, passed away last weekend after battling brain cancer for over two years.

Shane fought so hard for his life, but unfortunately the cancer was just too much to overcome. Please join me in praying for peace and healing for Shane's wife Jill,  their 12-year-old daughter Reese, and 10-year-old son Drew.  
 
I feel so fortunate to have known Shane and want you to know how much he has impacted my life over the past few years. For those of you who didn't know him, he was a loving husband, a proud father and an encouraging coworker and friend - a genuinely great guy who will be missed terribly by his family and friends here at Kforce and at home. 
 
I truly hope Shane's example of love, resilience and faith lives on, and acts as encouragement to all of us in and outside of the office.  Daily, Shane was still able to find passion - for his family and even his job in the midst of suffering this terrible illness. I will continue to be amazed and encouraged by his strength.
