White Caps Christmas Fund for AJ Lilly

Hello again to all our White Caps owners!

This holiday season, we again have so many blessings to be thankful for. For White Caps’ owners, a big part of our beach experience is having someone like AJ who not only keeps a watchful eye on our investment but is a helpful hand when we need it and a friendly face when we arrive.

For those new owners who may not know AJ as well as us old-timers, let me tell you about him. First, I want to really encourage you to get to know him! AJ is one of the most kind-hearted people you’ll ever meet. He is always willing to help with anything. This may be a simple thing like helping carry heavy things or something big like checking on your unit when you’re not there. This is invaluable to my husband and me since we live in Texas and don’t get to come as often as we would like. AJ is always a conscientious eye around the complex, and it is so good to know that we have him. He actually cares about White Caps and the owners. The things he does for our complex go way beyond what his scope of work is. I can honestly say I trust AJ completely with anything. He is such a good person and one of our great blessings.

AJ’s worth to White Caps greatly exceeds the salary that he is paid by the company we contract with. This is typical in this line of work. Knowing how hard it is for him to make ends meet and all he does for us, we have again set up a fund for AJ this year.
