White Horse Creek Council Nonprofit

Tax deductible
As we are facing the COVID-19 crisis, the native people living on Pine Ridge Reservation, South Dakota, and the Native people in the Denver/Front Range area are really struggling with food insecurity. Food is running out quickly, and people are unable to get enough food to feed their families. Many Oglala Lakota who live in the Front Range and are typically able to travel up to Pine Ridge to help extended family members are currently unable to travel up there, where most people do not live close to grocery stores and food is prohibitively expensive. The White Horse Creek Council non-profit has been asked to buy, prepare, and deliver buffalo to as many as possible of our relations and networks on Pine Ridge. Our goal is to raise $6,000 and hopefully we can keep this an ongoing contribution to cover the costs of the Buffalo and delivery. All donations are tax-deductible. If you would like more information about what the White Horse Creek Council non-profit does and who is involved feel free to contact us at [email redacted] or check out the Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/whccouncil/. Thank you in advance for donations to help feed families on the reservation.
