Fermenting Community, Brewing Hope – One Slice at a Time

White Labs Brewing Co. has always been more than just a brewery and pizza joint. It’s a place where fermentation fuels not only our unique craft but also the spirit of community. For years, we’ve supported local events and welcomed friends and neighbors into our space to share in the love of good food, drinks, and great company.

Now, we’re turning to you, our community, for support. The past two weeks have been extremely challenging as we have not been able to open without power and water. The days have also been rewarding as we have distributed emergency supplies and water to the community. Asheville is strong, but we need help. It is hard to ask for help, but we are asking.

Hurricane Helene has caused our Asheville restaurant to temporarily shut down, leaving our dedicated team of restaurant employees without the means to earn their living. For many of our staff, this has created a tremendous financial burden as they face uncertainty during this difficult time. We won’t have our place filled with people seeking out our beautiful leaves this Fall. We won’t be able to host our charity events and our fun, spooky Frankenfest.
