More information about White Stag Leadership Development Academy: The White Stag program develops future leaders by teaching leadership skills to youth ages 11-18 in a multi-year outdoor program. Kids learn through hands-on experiences and practice. The program is completely youth-led. Kids gain confidence, and the social and emotional intelligence needed to engage in helping their communities, schools, and groups thrive.
