Whitman Bransford Music Education Endowment
Donation protected
April 5, 2020 Thank you for visiting this gofundme for our son. We have now created the Whitman Bransford Music Education Endowment with your generous, much appreciated gifts.
You may make a donation any time to the endowment by visiting https://www.arcf.org/whitman Acknowledgement of your donation for tax purposes will come from Arkansas Community Foundation.
This gofundme is no longer accepting gifts. Please scroll down to the update for information about the endowment.
Thank you!
We are creating a music scholarship fund for our son Whitman Bransford who died unexpectedly December 4th, 2020. Among many other things, he was a music teacher and loved working with his students, especially children.
Whitman’s passion for music spanned many musical genres and instruments. We want Whitman’s name to live on through this music training scholarship for deserving, promising and rising musicians of all ages. For years to come, forever.
This is just the beginning of this effort. We are in touch with individuals and organizations for guidance and direction in establishing and managing this fund. A local business providing music instruction is creating an in-house scholarship in Whitman’s name for their students. They will be the first recipient.
We’ll update this information on here as we make progress and eventually move to a local, conventional and permanent foundation support organization.
Thank you to everyone who has contacted us wanting to make donations in Whitman’s name.
We are grateful for your participation.
Thank You,
Walt & Maryanne Bransford
