#WHOSAYSICAN'T
Donation protected
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to read about my fundraiser. My name is Robert Mendez, I coach high school football and was born without arms and legs.
The purpose of the #WHOSAYSICAN'T campaign is to encourage people to have a positive outlook on life, be compassionate to others and ultimately, to NEVER give up!
There are times we find ourselves in tough situations and it's up to us as individuals on how we will respond to life's challenges.
#WHOSAYSICAN'T is a great reminder that it is only YOURSELF that tells yourself, "i can't". I have overcome challenges along the way by always telling myself: #WHOSAYSICAN'T
I'd like to travel from school to school, and other organizations sharing my story to people from different backgrounds about how I've adapted to life by living actively while not having arms and legs. Therefore, I will need funding assistance for travel and stay purposes.
This motto that I lived by growing up was very encouraging for myself every time life kicked me in the butt!
A little bit about myself, I am 30 years old. I am from Gilroy California and have been coaching high school football for 13 years. I am currently the head coach for the JV football team at Prospect High School in Saratoga California.
Please stay tuned and watch our documentary that premieres on ESPN on Saturday, February 16th
