Wife hospitalized

My name is Ken Moorer and I am creating this Go Fund Me for my wife Charvais Moorer and I. She was admitted to the hospital due to Chrohn’s related issues in August and has had two surgeries and continues to be hospitalized indefinitely. She has been unable to work so has no income coming in. Any assistance that can be provided will be greatly appreciated.
