Wife of WFD Firefighter, Fighting Glioblastoma

Angel is a devoted wife and mother of three amazing children. She was diagnosed with terminal Glioblastoma (brain cancer) in 2021 and has fought valiantly throughout the past year; however, treatment options are limited and Angel is running out of time. Her husband, Joe, is a 25-year veteran of the Wichita Fire Department and has successfully juggled his full-time career with taking excellent care of his wife and family. Their two school-aged children, ages 9 and 12, are coping as best they know how. As anyone who has struggled with similar circumstances will understand, a combination of medical and travel expenses coupled with lost wages have taken their toll on family finances. Angel, who had always worked full-time, has been medically unable to work for over a year. All donations will go towards providing relief to the Evans family for living expenses and medical costs.
