Spencer Wilcox Memorial
In loving memory of Spencer Wilcox, who’s life was lost on February 24th, this account has been created to support his grieving mother Traci and his two sisters, Makenna and Alyssa.
“Spencer was profound, he was unlike other 17 year old boys. He enjoyed nature on a level difficult to fathom. As a lower umpqua native he took pride in his tribe, this land, and his culture. he valued the earth, his people, and his ancestors. Most of his time was spent outside- mountains, rivers, creeks, meadows- he explored it all. Extremely skilled at flint-napping, he sourced local materials and made arrowheads along with an abundance of other tools. You’d find him in the woods gathering something and with his innate skill in primitive technology he was always giving gifts. Others happiness was his happiness. The people close to Spencer saw his light- he was very special.”~Makenna
Spencer loved his Mom and sister dearly.
As a community we can come together to support Traci, Makenna and Alyssa during this devastating time. These funds will go exclusively to Traci for current and future needs, such as memorial and remembrances, housing and bills.
This is a very private time for their family.
Meals are not needed at this time. Any donation amount is greatly appreciated. Please share this link and most importantly, pray for healing, guidance and provision.
May God bless you,
Juanita, Michelle, Chelsie, Christina and Shawna
