Wild Horses, Wild Kids

Donation protected
The NSW Government has released a draft plan to significantly reduce the number of wild horses in Kosciuszko National Park.  Most of the horses will be killed either in the Park or at an abattoir.

The Kalandan Foundation has run programs for over ten years where we pair disadvantaged and troubled youth with wild horses.  The results are magic.

With your financial support we could take on up to 100 brumbies a year.  We would, in a patient and consistent way and with the help of troubled youth, train the brumbies and rehome them.

To take on additional brumbies we need to lease more property and there are significant costs in infrastructure and equipment and in caring for and training the horses.

The more support we receive the more horses we can save and each horse we save will make a significant difference to a troubled young person's life.

Please help.  All donations are tax deductible.
