William B. Stinson Student-Athlete Scholarship
Donation protected
William “Bill” Benjamin Stinson, age 76 of Wright City, MO died peacefully with family March 2, 2021.
Bill had a lifelong passion for children’s sports, serving as President of the St. Charles County CYA for many years; coaching many youth sports teams throughout his life, many before his own children began to play. His mentorship and zest for life was seen on and off the field and positively impacted many children's lives.
Bill ran for State Representative MO House District 63 in 2012 to “ensure the exceptional education opportunities of the children of Missouri.” To help fulfill his wish, the family is working to develop an athletic scholarship in Bill’s name with the Wright City School District.
Donations, along with a contribution from Bill's family, will be transferred to the Scholarship Foundation managed by Wright City School District to provide several graduating student-athletes financial assistance with their future college endeavors.
