Hi, this is Kim, Bills oldest daughter.

As many of you know my father had underlying conditions. Unfortunately on May 6th he succumbed to his conditions.

This came as a surprise to his family. We have dealt with a lot of loss and battles within the past 5 years and are in need of help.
