Bill, as he was known to all his many friends, passed away on June 21 , 2023.

Seven years ago, he was hospitalized with fluid around his heart and diagnosed with liver disease. He had tubes inserted into both sides of his body to drain the liquid out from around his heart and lungs. While he was in there fighting for his life, his life insurance came due and no one noticed it in all the turmoil of his health. When he got home, he found the bill and tried to pay it thinking he had at least a one-month grace period but the insurance company cancelled the policy on him. Therefore, from that time on he has tried to get life insurance and has been refused over, and over again. He was injured trying to help his mother repair the water system in her home and ended up in the hospital again with a staph infection which attached itself to a heart valve and he never recovered from that. So now, as he passed, his two boys have to try and come up with enough money to pay off his bills and funeral costs and burial and headstone. They really could use some help with these expenses.
