Hello, Friends, Family, Colleagues, and former students.

Our beloved Billy passed away on September 18, 2023, after a short and serious illness. Known for his kind and approachable demeanor, he was a friend to many. In order to honor his legacy of kindness, inspiration, patience, and humor, his family and friends are kindly asking for assistance to donate a memorial bench in his honor at Central Middle School, and create a memorial scholarship for a most deserving student.

A memorial service will be held in Billy's honor on September 26, 2023, at Norman Dean Funeral Home in Denville, NJ from 4 to 8pm.
