William Swift a man of many people has passed away. A man that will never be forgotten and will always be in our hearts. A man who never looked at things in a negative way but always in a positive way to bring happiness in everybody.   Billy was a man that has impacted so many lives and for his loss many hearts are broken. I could go on for days telling the true life story of a very honorable man. At this point   Our family and friends are asking for help with his services for funeral and memorial.
