It is with great sadness and a heavy heart to announce the passing of William Watson Small fondly known to his loved ones as Bill.

Bill passed away surrounded by family on Friday September 15th at 9:05pm at Humber River Hospital in Toronto, Ontario following a brief battle with illness.

Born in Twillingate, Newfoundland on October 17, 1962 to his parents Harold and Flossie (deceased) Small, Bill was an avid fisherman and enjoyed building, gardening and spending time with family.

He is survived by his loving wife Edith of 42 years and his children Mindy (Albert) and Megan (Jason). He will be missed deeply by his Grandchildren Michelle, Jayden, and Kylie and will be warmly welcomed in the afterlife by his grandson Nathan.

Bill will be remembered fondly by his many siblings Dennis (Debbie), Danny, Mike (Elsie), Nancy (Rick), Bruce (Cathy) and by all who had the pleasure to know him throughout his lifetime.

Information for a celebration of life will follow in the coming days. The family will be arranging for his remains to be returned to Newfoundland at his request.
