William's Bucket List and Medical Expenses
Donation protected
William is 12 years old and is diagnosed with spastic quadriplegia, and bilateral schizencephaly. William is unable to ambulate on his own and is totally wheelchair dependent. William is unable to eat by mouth and is supported with a G-Tube and gets all of his caloric intake this way. William requires multiple forms of equipment to support his challenging medical needs such as; CPAP machine, O2 monitor, car seat, toilet chair, shower chair, adaptive chair, enteral feeding pump. William was hospitalized in late December due to Chronic Respiratory Failure, he recovered from this and was sent home with referrals in place for palliative care and hospice level care. William’s family is focusing heavily on William’s quality of life and trying to provide as many opportunities for family memories as possible. William’s family created a bucket list of things they would like to do with William before he passes which include; going to a baseball game together, going to the Boston Aquarium and Museum. The family is living paycheck to pay check and is unable to make this happen on their own. The family is looking to create memories with William together (mom, dad, and 5 children including William). Any help is greatly appreciated and this family is so grateful for any support.
The funds raised will be used to compensate for the trip to Boston. Any additional funds will be used for medical expenses.
