Willingham Family Support
On Wednesday, September 1, 2021 Andrew Robert Willingham was sent to heaven at the age of 37. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Jeanne, incredibly loving father to his boys Benjamin (4) & Rex (2), and the glue to all of our families
That evening, Andrew was turning into their neighborhood after work when he was T-Boned by an SUV that was speeding and ran a red light. After immediate help from bystanders, cops, and paramedics he succumbed to his injuries. The person who hit Andrew fled the scene on foot, but we are hopeful he will get the justice he deserves.
Andrew was fun loving, family oriented, always smiling, humble, witty, and never turned down a good time. He was the voice of reason and the best dad. He had pride in his eyes when he looked at Ben and Rex, and was filled with love and gratitude when he talked about Jeanne.
Jeanne is a stay at home mom for their 2 boys. He could not have chosen a more patient, loving, understanding wife and mother for their children. She sacrificed her job as a Kindergarten teacher to stay home with the boys and together they have raised them perfectly. The heartache and hardships she feels and are yet to come are inconceivable to our family, yet thankful to have each other during this challenging chapter.
Our hope is this fund can help with expenses for their family, college funds for the boys, and help Jeanne during this time.
To the people who rushed to the accident and were at Andrew's side - we are forever grateful. You ensured he was not alone, continuously cheered him on with words of encouragement, and exhausted all measures. You have given us some sense of peace through this all.
Andrew, you are with each of us forever. This world and our lives will never be the same without you. Our love for you is immeasurable and you will never fade from our hearts.
Love,
The Whole Fam-Damily
