Wilson family’s Covid battle

Hi, I am Amanda’s cousin, Kelley. I’m hoping to help raise money to support her family & help them through the holidays as Jason remains in ICU battling Covid. What was planned to be a week on a vent has turned into 2+, with no immediate end in sight & plans for a rehab facility when he gets strong enough to head there. Needless to say, this has become much worse & much longer than any of us expected. Jason has already missed Thanksgiving, and Christmas isn’t looking very promising either.

Amanda has been supporting their family on one income for a while now. Jason is very clearly unable to work & there isn’t a timeline on when that could change. Amanda would absolutely never ask for help & I know Jason will crush me WHEN he gets out of ICU. But, I couldn’t imagine trying to support a family with 4 kids throughout the holidays when you’re suddenly surviving on one income.

Jason has always been there to help all of us - a simple phone call and he was on his way. That’s just the type of guy he is. I’m hoping we can reciprocate some of that helpfulness & help his family while he’s unable to do so.
