T-N-R for the Window Kitties

Help me TNR the Window Kitties!
I've been living in this building and feeding the ferals and strays of the neighborhood since October 2015. Feeding the cats has been amazing, but there is more I can do. Spaying/neutering the cats through a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program will ensure no more kitties from the colony, which means less kitties being born in the streets overall!
Over the past month, I became a Certified TNR Caretaker via the ASPCA, Alley Cat Allies, and the Mayor's Alliance for NYC Animals, which has now made me eligible for free spaying/neutering + rabies vaccines for all the cats. Nevertheless, transportation, cage rentals, and other veterinary services like ear-mite treatments still cost money. This is where your help comes in!
I've written a detailed spreadsheet detailing all of the costs here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Cjcx56SNZoZbGvPEFznn7p53Vhtto9HkX3dq3h-ejNg/edit
I got information about service/cage rental prices directly from the ASPCA website, which can be found here:
http://aspcapro.org/resource/spayneuter-outreach-promotion/aspca-stationary-spayneuter-clinic
I've rounded the total funding amount from $1,336 to $1,500 to provide a margin of extra expenses that might be brought by infections/diseases I'm unaware of in the ferals + the %5 from each donation that GoFundMe takes.
Ideally, I would be able to provide all the extra veterinary services (like ear mite treatment, extra vaccines, microchips, etc.), but they are not absolutely necessary. So technically, this TNR operation can take place with only half of the funding goal.
Cage Rentals have a deposit of $50 per cage/carrier that is reimbursed to me after the rentals are returned. I will be donating the deposit refunds to the ASPCA after the TNR operation is completed.
I'm moving away by the end of August, so there isn't a lot of time left. I've estimated the TNR operation to take a minimum of 28 days (it cannot happen all at once because of space constrictions with setting up cages outdoors+ holding space for cages indoors). Ideally, the TNR operation would take place all during the month of July and would be completed by the beginning of August.
Thank you so much for your time! The kitties and I appreciate it <3
