Windsor Hyperloop Pod Competiton

Donation protected

For the first time in Windsor history, University of Windsor students, in partnership with St. Clair students, have entered the final round for the World-Wide 2019 SpaceX HyperLoop Pod Competitions, and we are among the top 21 teams competing world-wide!

If you are wondering, a "Hyperloop" is essentially an idea for ultra-fast inter-city transportation, functioning much like a Magnetic-Levitation train, except that a Hyperloop train would be able to reach speeds of up to 700 km/hr or more!  A "Pod" is a scale-down version that Windsor students have created.

Meet the Team:

We are uWinLoop!  A group of students from the University of Windsor, who have joined together with St. Clair students to build this Pod for the 2019 Hyperloop competitions!

We are one of the finalists!                                                                    ---->  Visit our website: uwinloop.ca

Windsor, Ontario, was once an automotive manufacturing hub between Canada, and the United States.   Linear induction technology and the Hyperloop idea can help us save time, money, energy and the environment.

We need your support!

uWinLoop students and SCCLoop have volunteered time and effort for this project;  help us with funding, and invest in Windsor students, education, and the future.

Any donation makes a huge difference - Lets work together, and make things happen!
