100% of proceeds will go to Windy Hill Play. Windy Hill Play is currently in the process of obtaining 501c3 exemption. During this period, Six:Eight Church is serving as the fiscal sponsor, guaranteeing that our donors receive tax benefits and adding an extra layer of accountability.

The Mission of the Nonprofit:

Our mission is to build, provide, and support infrastructures, solutions, and services for accessible, flexible, and affordable childcare. Our goal is to build a diverse support network for primary, secondary, and temporary care providers. We believe through this diverse network we can create a haven for all our children in Durham County in which they can grow in togetherness, love, and wellness.

The Vision for the Nonprofit:

Our vision is that every child (<8) in Durham, NC will have access to an affiliate child care facility that provides accessible, flexible, and affordable services and solutions to all children, families, and partnering organizations. Through a robust and diverse funding model, our ultimate goal is to provide free supporting services to infants and emerging parents.

Why We Need Your Support:

We believe that every child deserves a safe-haven, a mud mountain, an imagination fort, a tumble pad, a space to be free, to run around with chickens, to learn how to sustain life. We believe that every parental figure and care provider deserves radical support and to be treated like they are an invaluable customer. So we started acting on those beliefs and we have been building a community! We have been patiently and persistently working behind the scenes to build the nonprofit and doors are opening. To walk in faith through those doors, we need your support.
