Wing Walk for intensive care
Donation protected
Hello I’m Vincent and around 18 months ago I was rushed into hospital with what the paramedics thought was a stroke. Not long after getting to hospital they realised I had pneumonia and sepsis which caused multiple organ failure. At this point i was not aware and my family was told that i may not make it. I was then rushed up to intensive care and was put into an induced coma. After a week they woke me and moved me into a ward to recover. I was discharged a week later and I am now on the long road to recovery.
The care myself and my family received whilst i was in intensive care was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure i was getting the treatment i needed and my family had the support they needed. They did everything in their power to make sure im still here today, which is why i want to raise money for the unit to show my appreciation.
On Friday 14th June i will be doing a wing walk to raise money for Northamptons intensive care unit to show my appreciation for what they have done for me!
All money that is raised will be given to Northampton General Hospital Intensive Care Unit to help save many more lives and families!
