Winston's Knee Surgery: Help Us Help Winston

"If you know him you love him"

This is Winston C. Adams, he is an eight year old rat Terrier. Winston joined our family after we realized my sister, Karley needed a comfort dog. We decided to go to a shelter and find a dog that needed a home as badly as we needed a companion. As a family we went to APA, we did not know what kind of dog we were looking for, just that Karly has the perfect name for him Winston. After a couple of hours we did not think we would find a good "Winston" that day, until the lady helping us to adopt let us know there was a young stray that had not been processed yet, and asked if we would like to meet him. A few minutes later there he was, Winston.

Recently Winston injured his right hind leg. We noticed a limp and then eventually not using the leg at all. X-ray revealed a ruptured ligament in the knee. Without surgery his mobility and pain will worsen. We are unable to cover the cost and are asking for any amount of support for this little guy.
