Winterize Rogers Wildlife

The February 2021 Freeze brought into sharp focus our need to get a generator powerful enough to run critical equipment in the event of a power failure.  Whether it's Texas heat or a freak snow, we have to be prepared to properly care for the 5,000 birds that we rehabilitate every year. We are asking for donations to help us with this effort. We are a 501c3 nonprofit wild bird rehabilitation center in North Texas. We take in injured and baby birds with the goal of releasing them to the wild. We serve as a sanctuary for the remaining birds that are deemed non-releasable due to the extent of their injuries. Over the last decade, RWRC has provided medical treatment and care for more than forty thousand birds. We are entirely dependent on dedicated volunteers and private donations, as we do not receive any government funding. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
