Winterton-on-Sea In Bloom

Hello from Winterton-on-Sea In Bloom, a group of volunteer gardeners. 

We are hoping to create on the Village Hall Green a sensory garden in raised planters and borders for wheelchairs users and other disabilities.  We hope this will greatly enhance the lives of the residents of the 3 Mencap houses of whom you may have seen around the village with their carers.     The planters will be raised so accessible for wheelchair users  and sensory planting for people with impaired vision. 

We as a team would like to use our gardening skills to help others through touch and smell and to enjoy new experiences or just to sit and relax.

 We are asking for your help to raise funds to turn it into a special area for everyone’s wellbeing.  

At the moment we are unable to fundraise through plant sales etc. due to current circumstances so we hope everyone will please get behind Winterton In Bloom so we can achieve this vision and continue keeping this lovely village In Bloom
