Wish Across America

Wish-Across-America is a cross-country bicycle trip with a unique twist.  My goal is to raise $375,000 for the Philadelphia Chapter of Make-A-Wish.  I also want to support youth sports and bring good Karma to our 5 Philadelphia Pro sports teams.

My unique twist is this...in addition to riding my bicycle everyday, I will be dribbling a basketball one mile every day to support the Philadelphia 76ers and youth basketball.  I will run with a football tucked under my arm for one mile everyday  to support the Philadelphia Eagles and youth football.  I will play catch with my baseball glove and a baseball for one mile every day of my trip to support the Philadelphia Phillies and youth baseball.  I will stick handle a hockey puck one mile every day to support the Philadelphia Flyers and youth hockey.  Lastly, I will dribble a soccer ball one mile every day to support the Philadelphia Union and youth soccer.

I am proud 5 for 5 Philly guy, but I am also an avid supporter of all kids playing sports as sports teach kids many valuable life lessons.  Including compassion, humility, competitiveness, problem solving, working with others to name a few!

Some of these kids have some enormous challenges to face, I am riding for those special and amazing kids that are a part of Make-A-Wish!

Please join me in supporting my trip to bring happiness to a child that is not as fortunate as other children.  My goal is to raise $375,000 to grant 50 Make-A-Wish Wishes (10 Wishes for each pro team in Philadelphia)!
