Help with Medical Bills, Utilities, Final Expenses

Most of our friends, customers and family are aware by now that I have been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer! The tumor is localized on and around my pancreas and has not spread.

So far I have had 7 Chemo treatments to try and shrink the tumor and hopefully get it to a level of remission where it is controlled, 5 more treatments are planned.

As you can imagine, treatments are expensive, and we are getting behind on Personal and Business bills and need your help!

Our Windy City Pizza especially needs your support, we are struggling financially since I am too weak and sick to be there working, thus raising payroll to cover for me.
