With medical expenses and past due bills.

I have been off work since June 2nd on FMLA medical leave from work with a back injury with no income. This was not considered a workplace injury and thus I've not been able to collect any worker's comp. For June's expenses, I exhausted my savings and PTO to cover bills and copays for doctor visits and PT. PT I have had to stop as I don't have extra for the copays. I am in the process of trying to get authorized back to work within the week to full-time status.

I have attempted to seek assistance through multiple agencies like Good Samaritan, Salvation Army, Love Inc, and DHS. It seems I am in a catch-22 with the lot rent and mortgage. Good Samaritan requires the mortgage to be current to pay my lot rent and the mortgage company requires lot rent to be current before I can qualify for a reduced payment this month. I did get approved for food assistance so that is some help.

Since I seem to have exhausted options to handle this on my own, I'm swallowing my pride and reaching out for help getting caught up on July/Aug bills and medical. I don't want to have to do this but I'm not seeing any other options. I know you all are struggling with problems too so I understand if you can't. If you can... my thanks in advance.
