Help with my top surgery

Hello my name is Aiden let me just introduce myself I came out as transgender about a year and 3 months ago and I finally have a potential surgery date of May 2, 2024. I made a go fund me to cover all the cost that insurance doesn’t. Like copay and deductibles. But since my surgery will be in San Francisco I will also have to travel and stay in San Francisco to recover because it’s 3 hrs from my home so I made the choice to rent a airbnb for my recovery after surgery.
